Baby Showers / Gender Reveal

Treat 'Mum To Be' with a Baby Shower package at The Hangar

Decorate with banners and balloons and choose a drinks only, or indulgent Afternoon Tea package including sandwiches, mini cakes, scones, jam & clotted cream.

Depending on your party size, we can reserve you tables inside, or in our fully covered and heated gardens at either of our pubs.

 

Alongside our usual fabulous drinks menu, a great selection of non-alcoholic cocktails is also available so 'Mum to Be' doesn't miss out on the fun!

Please note that Baby Shower private hire bookings are subject to a minimum spend with two package options:

Drinks Only Package

No minimum number of guests

Includes 3 drinks per person

Non Alcoholic £15

With Alcohol £25

Drinks + Food Package

Minimum 12 guests

Includes food & 3 drinks per person

Non Alcoholic £25

With Alcohol £35

PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE ENQUIRING

To enquire about booking, complete and return the form below. Before submitting this request, please read and agree to the following important terms:

1. We don't charge a fee for private use, but we ask for a £50 deposit to confirm the booking, and a minimum spend of £15 per guest which is payable 2 weeks before the event.

2. Payments can be made at the bar or by bank transfer

 

3. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid. The deposit is not refundable due to cancellation (unless 14 days or more notice is given) but we will of course issue a refund if we're unable to host your event for any reason.

4. IMPORTANT - on the night, if the minimum number of guests for exclusive use doesn't arrive,  other guests might be allowed to share the space with you.

5. Children are welcome at The Hangar Welling until 6pm every day and at Sidcup until 6pm on Sundays Only. We are over 18 at all other times. ID will be required for those lucky enough to look under 25. Please note - We do not accept pictures of ID on phones.

 

6. No smoking is permitted in our gardens or cabin. An area to the front of both pubs is provided for smokers.

7. Guests are not permitted to bring their own drinks into the venue.

8. Any decorations must be agreed upon in advance and put up with blu-tac, (not drawing pins) and must be taken down at the end of the night. No confetti or balloons with confetti inside please (have you ever tried hoovering grass?).

9. We have bluetooth speakers in both gardens that you can connect to to play muisc however the volume must be kept to a reasonable volume out of respect for our neighbours.
