Money back guarantee

If for any reason we reschedule the event, your tickets will be transferred to the new date. If this date is not convenient, we will issue a full refund by the same payment method.

Refunds

If you choose to cancel your tickets or can't make the original date, no refund will be offered. You can transfer or sell your ticket but this will be your responsibility.

Headset Hire

3 Channel headset hire is included in your ticket price. The person booking is responsible for all of the headsets in their party and these must be returned at the end of the event. Any damages or loss will be charged at £25 per headset.

Over 18s

This event is strictly over 18 and ID might be requested.

Social Distancing / Restrictions

We are not sure what the restrictions (if any) will remain after 19th July. Once annouced, if we think it will impact on the success of the event, we reserve the right to reschedule to a future date.
