Order at Table App

Processing Orders

 

Orders placed at the table will print on the bar printer and appear as a number on ‘Orders’ on the till. Once the order has been made and delivered, click:

 

• Orders

• Ordered

• API

• Resume

• Pay

• Yeollo

 

 

Cancel Order / Refund

 

If you can’t process the order for any reason or the guest wants a refund:

 

On the till, click:

 

• Orders

• Ordered

• API

• Resume

• Void

 

Then on the ipad, login to the Yeollo page:

At the bottom left of the menu, click

 

• Order History

• Select the order (usually top one)

• Issue Refund
